MySource Matrix CMS
Mysource Matrix is an open source CMS which means it’s free to use, copy and download. It is the most widely used CMS by the Australian Government. Matrix supports Web 2.0 tools. It has two interfaces for managing the contents. The Simple-edit interface - for users with little or no exposure in creating, publishing and editing, and the Administration interface that allows tech experienced or knowledgeable users to access metadata, workflow, design templates and etc.
Licensing & Availability
MySource Matrix is available to anyone with two different licensing, one of which is under GPL 2 and the other under SSV (Squid Supported Version).

The Drawbacks of the MySource Matrix CMS
- Is more suited for large organizations rather than for smaller systems.
Summary:
Mysource Matrix is a cost-time-money saving CMS. It is very easy to use, intuitive and flexible out of the box CMS. But like all other CMSs it is not for everyone. It is not very desirable for smaller systems. It is more suitable and desirable for mid sized to large systems.
